Chinese cuisine is known for showcasing a dynamic range of ingredients and cooking methods. At Shu we incorporate local Victorian produce into this 10 course set menu. Beginning with the ‘Chilled and Raw’ plate of sashimi grade scallop, then moving on to Scotch fillet and fresh Asian herbs, you will experience a journey of authentic Sichuan staples with a modern twist, $65 PER PERSON.

 

Served with complementing wines, $115 per person.

Please note that we request a credit card number to hold your reservation. No deposit is processed on your credit card at the time of booking. We request 24 hours notice on all cancellations to avoid a cancellation fee of $55 per person. Charges are made at our restaurants discretion. If you are unable to find a reservation that suits you, please call Shu directly.

 

Online cancellations can be made until 5pm. If you wish to make changes or cancellations after 5pm, please contact the restaurant directly. We will manage your booking according to the restaurant's policy and fees may be applicable.
