Chinese cuisine in general showcases the dynamic range of ingredients used in various cooking methods. At Shu today we incorporate the local Victorian produce to this 10 flavoured set menu, starting the "Chilled and Raw" plate of sashimi grade scallop, Scotch fillet, and a fresh Asian herb plant, it takes you through the authentic Sichuan staple with a modern twist in the flavours. 

With complimenting wines,  $115 per person 

Please note that we request a credit card number to hold this reservation. No deposit is processed on your credit card at the time of booking. We request 24 hours notice on all cancellations to avoid a cancellation fee of $55 per person. Charges made at restaurants discretion. If you are unable to find a reservation that suits you please call SHU directly.

Online cancellations can be made until 5pm of a particular day. Any changes or cancellations after 5pm on the day will require you to contact the restaurant directly and are held to the restaurant's policy and may be subject to fees.
