sichuan cuisine is known for its dynamic range of ingredients and cooking methods. At Shu we incorporate local Victorian produce into this 10 course set menu and showcase distinctive flavours from home cooking to modern experimental cooking. from raw amaebi prawns to home pickled baby veggies, to papaya cheese cake, we only use the freshest local grown vegetables, most ethical sourced seafood, free range meat and poultry where as possible.
