Chinese cuisine in general showcases the dynamic range of ingredients using in various cooking methods. At Shu today we incorporate the local Victorian produce to this 10 flavoured set menu, starting the "Chilled and Raw" plate of sashimi grade scallop, Scotch fillet, and a fresh Asian herb plant, it takes you through the authentic Sichuan staple with a modern twist in the flavours.
