This signature set menu of Shu's celebrates the vibrant vegan Sichuan cuisine that Shu grew up with. Each course showcases the classic flavour and locally sourced ingredients. Complimenting wine package including a cocktail on arrival, 3 glasses of premium wines with dinner and a dessert wine with dessert. This menu is ideal to accompany your intimate date night, celebration of your special occasions or just simply a night of food safari!

 “Silken tofu, chilli jam with fermented soybeans, soy milk, dill oil, seaweed caviar and fish mint 

2 Daikon roll of raw veggies, black tahini and toasted macadamia dust 

3 Roasted eggplant in Yu Xiang chilli, Chinese donut, pickled snake beans and cherry eggplant

4 Asian mushroom skewers with shiitake steak, mushroom gravy and BBQ Sichuan pepper salt

5 Blanched Chinese lettuce Woshun, burnt chilli relish with sesame cream, finger lime 

 

6 Wombok, preserved mustard greens, Chinese herbal cream, pine nuts and pickled ginger pearls 

7 Spinach dumplings, chilli soy sauce with Sichuan street salad

8 Five spice poached beancurd, madhrf potato with grilled corn and fresh peanuts.

9 Ran Mian noodles, toasted with spiced chili oil, plant mince

10 Tea cup of oolong panna cotta, silver ear fungi, black sugar syrup and babo pearls
